By Happy Hour in Miami
Published · Official menus reviewed
These four Miami restaurants publish happy-hour offers after 9 PM, with start times ranging from 9 to 10:30. Start by choosing the night: Friday and Saturday have fewer qualifying options in this shortlist.
We reviewed official sources on September 14, 2026. Uchiko and Gyu-Kaku publish Friday and Saturday late windows. American Social's late offer runs Sunday through Wednesday, while STK's includes Thursday. Daytime specials follow separate schedules.
01 · A 9 PM start every night
Uchiko Miami Beach
Daily · 9–11 PM
$9 sake nigiri, two pieces · $10 uchi g&t · $120 nine-course omakase for two
Uchiko's Purdy Avenue location starts late happy hour at 9 PM daily. The $9 sake nigiri order contains two pieces of Atlantic salmon; its $120 nine-course happy-hour omakase is for two people. Keep those quantities attached when comparing the menu prices.
Early happy hour runs 5–6:30 PM, leaving a gap before late service. Reservations and walk-ins are accepted, without a guarantee of immediate seating. The online menu changes daily.
Before you goThe menu adds 20% gratuity for parties of seven or more. Confirm current dishes, seating eligibility and any reservation conditions.
02 · Friday and Saturday start an hour later
Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Brickell
Mon–Thu · 9:30–10:45 PM; Fri–Sat · 10:30–11:45 PM; Sunday · all day, from 11:30 AM to 10:45 PM last seating
$5.25 Kirin Ichiban, 12 oz · $7.50 house sake, 300 ml carafe · $10.50 Tokyo Iced Tea
At Gyu-Kaku Brickell, a 9:30 PM arrival fits the late window Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday start an hour later. Sunday is different again: happy hour runs all day, from the venue's 11:30 AM opening.
The drink menu separates regular and happy-hour prices. The $5.25 Kirin is a 12-ounce mug; the $7.50 house sake is a 300-milliliter carafe. Those sizes matter when choosing between a beer and a shared carafe.
Before you goThe stated endpoints also appear as last-seating times, not guaranteed last-order times. The menu asks guests to confirm happy-hour availability. Alcoholic drinks require age 21+ and ID; confirm applicable fees and seating terms.
04 · Late bites, with a seating restriction
STK South Beach
Sunday–Thursday · 10 PM–close; location page lists midnight
$6 Lil' Brg & Truffle Fries · $9 selected happy-hour cocktails
STK's South Beach menu publishes late happy hour Sunday through Thursday, from 10 PM to close; its location page specifies midnight. The $6 burger-and-fries item and $9 cocktails are separate menu purchases.
Choose the seating area deliberately: this offer applies only in the bar, lounge and patio. Friday and Saturday are outside the published late schedule, even though STK has afternoon happy hours on those days.
Before you goBar, lounge and patio only. STK warns that happy-hour times may vary seasonally. Confirm current items, additional charges and the applicable seating before reserving.
Plan around the day and the arrival time
For Friday or Saturday, compare Uchiko's 9 PM start with Gyu-Kaku's 10:30 PM start. On Thursday, STK also qualifies; American Social's published late offer does not. Choose a neighborhood and allow time to reach an eligible seat before the window ends. The full happy-hour directory has more restaurant details and official menu links.
