Miami Spice menus worth comparing in 2026: courses and supplements
Compare four Miami Spice dinners by the dishes you would choose, $50 or $65 base prices, sushi portions, supplements and published service charges.
By Happy Hour in Miami
Published · Official menus reviewed
Compare the three dishes you would actually order. A $50 Miami Spice menu with a $25 steak supplement costs more before fees than a $65 menu whose included choices suit you. These four dinners illustrate how courses, portions and upgrades change that decision.
We selected complete published menus with eligible days, visible supplements and meaningful differences. All four list Sunday–Thursday dinner. This September 2026 comparison was checked September 14; it is menu analysis, not a taste ranking. The organizer now advertises the program through October 31, but individual offers may end earlier. Confirm October availability directly.
01 · Keep pasta or fish within the $50 base
dōma Wynwood
Spice dinner · Sunday–Thursday; confirm seating times
$50 three-course dinner · salmon starter +$3 · steak main +$8
One included sequence is Caprese Burrata, Linguine Nerano and pistachio gelato. The pasta includes zucchini and provolone; branzino is another main without a listed supplement. Consider this menu when those dishes match your plan.
The salmon starter and flatiron steak instead make the subtotal $61: $50 + $3 + $8. With the published 20% service charge, that becomes $73.20 before tax or drinks. The Spice listing supplies no fish or steak weight.
Before you goThe 20% service charge is additional. Confirm exact Spice seating hours and course availability. À-la-carte serving sizes are not established as the Spice portions.
02 · Check whether the steak upgrade is the reason to go
Serena Rooftop

$50 three-course dinner · carne asada +$25
The $50 menu pairs a tuna tostada starter with half a chicken and cinnamon churros. Fish and birria tacos are other included mains; all mains include rice and beans. The half-bird portion is explicit, while taco counts are unpublished.
Carne asada raises the subtotal to $75 before charges: $10 above Uchi or AVIV’s $65 base. Serena publishes 20% service, rising to 23% for six or more, so party size also changes the calculation.
Before you goAutomatic service is 20%, or 23% for six or more. Tax and drinks are extra. Confirm the Spice reservation and rooftop seating; other promotions have separate terms.
03 · Count the sushi within the $65 main course
Uchi Miami
Spice dinner · Sunday–Thursday · offered all evening
$65 three-course dinner · published nigiri substitution +$15
Uchi’s main-course choices combine a hot dish with sushi. The pork-belly option includes one mackerel nigiri, one striped-bass nigiri and a salmon hand roll: two nigiri pieces and a hand roll within one course.
The starter options include yellowtail paired with fried shrimp; dessert can be the fried-milk sundae. A tuna-nigiri substitution adds $15, producing an $80 subtotal. Uchi’s separate $95 eight-course omakase has a different format; decide which fish and meal structure you want.
Before you goUchi advertises August 1–September 30 and adds 20% gratuity for seven or more. Tax and drinks are extra. Confirm substitution details and separate omakase booking terms.
04 · Compare an included eggplant sequence with paid additions
AVIV
Spice dinner · Sunday–Thursday; confirm seating times
$65 three-course dinner · salatim +$21 · beef shashlik +$18
Hummus Tehina, Eggplant Muhammara and guava sorbet form a sequence without supplements. The organizer marks these VG; confirm its meaning and preparation if dietary suitability determines your booking. Cod and lamb are other included mains.
Salatim and beef shashlik instead add $39, taking the subtotal to $104 before fees, tax or drinks. That crosses the program’s $95 Reserve starting point without becoming a Reserve experience. Decide whether those upgrades fit your budget.
