Getting out of work at 6 PM should not mean arriving just as happy hour ends. These three Brickell menus publish windows that continue past 6 on the days below: Barsecco until 8, and Rosa Sky and Batch until 7.
The day matters as much as the time. Barsecco lists a daily offer, Batch's is weekdays, and Rosa Sky's after-6 window is Tuesday through Saturday. A listed end time is not a guaranteed last-order time or a promise of a seat, so leave time to arrive and order.

Barsecco gives you the longest published window of these three if you are starting after 6. Its happy-hour menu lists a mojito and Margherita pizza at $9 each, alongside selected $7 beers. Those are separate item prices, not a fixed-price package.
The daily 4–8 PM window makes this the only option in this shortlist whose published happy hour continues after 7. If that extra hour is why you choose it, also check the dress policy: the venue switches to casual-formal attire after 7 PM.

Rosa Sky qualifies for an after-6 plan Tuesday through Saturday. The happy-hour menu includes its $10 namesake cocktail, selected $8 alcohol-free drinks and $10 spinach-artichoke dip. Its separate Sunday happy hour ends at 6 PM, so Sunday does not qualify for this list.
Before reserving, choose the seating type deliberately. The venue's FAQ says bar seating has no minimum spend, while tables have minimums. That distinction can matter more to the final budget than the price of one cocktail.

Batch publishes a Monday–Friday happy hour that continues until 7 PM. Its current specials include half-price appetizers at the bar, selected beers, wines and cocktails for $6, and an $8 whiskey selection. Ask which items qualify rather than assuming every drink is included.
The appetizer restriction is important if you are meeting friends for food: the published deal is at the bar. This weekday offer is separate from Batch's other specials and brunch, and should not be treated as a weekend happy hour.
